Return Policy

At ValueShopy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items, such as personal care products or custom-made items, may not be eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will arrange for a free reverse pickup and a replacement or full refund. Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
